Great, friendly and efficient service! Highly recommend!! 👍🏻👍🏻

First we felt a bit lost, how to get to our accommodation in Byron Bay. Craig was right there and helped us out. It was such a friendly service, he has an incredible knowledge about the area, and has also good recommendations what to visit. Very friendly service and it was a very comfortable ride to our accommodation.

Craig was such a great driver! Dropped us off directly where we were staying and was super helpful.

I could not recommend Steve’s transport enough. All because of Craig!! Thee most warm greeting in the arrivals hall. I immediately felt looked after and safe! Craig was so friendly and professional. The ride to Byron was full of tips on where to go, where to eat etc. And the ride back to Ballina – wow, Craig stopped at thee most beautiful look out point so we could see the whales! Honestly I am so happy I booked Steve’s transport and ditched that public bus! Thank you so so much. 🙂 5 Stars!! And keep wearing those awesome shirts! 😉

I don’t ever usually post reviews unless I have received OUTSTANDING service, Steves Transport went above and beyond a regular transfer shuttle, Craig our driver was really professional, friendly and down to earth. It was a pleasure to meet someone so knowledgeable and passionate about their hometown and surrounding areas. Craig was not a minute late, he helped carry bags, stopped for a loo break for those who needed and even pulled up to see if we could see any of the whales along the coast (after asking the whole bus if they were interested) – I usually have a nightmare with shuttle buses being late, overpriced or not showing up but Steves is a delight, every time – see you guys soon! Thanks again 🙂 Jodie

Without a doubt the best airport transfer in Byron (or Gold Coast for that matter). Easy to find at the airport. Craig made the journey so enjoyable and was really helpful with suggestions and activities to do while in Byron! Fantastic

A warm, personable ride. So lovely to hear our driver sharing with riders that he does what he does for the people. Actions speak louder than words and it was so sweet to see him give $10 to some little kids on board so they could go buy some lollies!

I had excellent service with Steve’s Airport Transfers, they pick you up from your accommodation and the price is such good value. I’d definitely recommend and will use them again!

We booked a trip to Nimbin and it was the best decision we made. We had the BEST time! we didnt want the day to end. Harry was our driver and he was so accomodating, great craic and up for a laugh (even with us all driving him mad!). Will definitely be recommending to anyone i know travelling to Byron.

Absolutely lovely experience. Trip down from the Ballina Airport to Byron Bay was so nice. Driver was so friendly, bubbly and informative. Felt like an introductory tour to Byron bay with such a welcoming atmosphere. I unfortunately forgot his name, he drove the morning of the 11th Aug and it was his first week of work. Highly recommend Steve’s transfers.

Professional service – on time and reliable.

My partner and I came up to Byron Bay for A week. When we arrived at Ballina Airport we saw Steve’s Shuttle Bus which was more affordable for two people to Byron than an Uber. Steves Airport Transfers offers door to door service within circa 25mins so makes sense to use the shuttle service.

Craig was our driver and he gave us some great tips on what to see and do in the area on the drive up. Since the trip was so easy we decided to use Steve’s on the way back.

Best service. Cost effective. And fast. We had Craig from byron to ballina aiport and he was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

This review is coming in a bit late as my trip happened a while ago, but it definitely isn’t the only thing that came in late as you may find out soon.
Coming from Queensland, I was totally unaware of the one hour time difference compared to NSW. Long story short, I was an hour late, a WHOLE hour. My German self felt incredibly embarrassed, however Steve still waited for me the whole time! I can’t believe he actually did that, not only was it extremely kind but if it wasn’t for him, I would have missed my flight and I was meant to start a new job the next day. This happened about four months ago and I’m back in Germany already but I still can’t believe how kind this was. Once again: thank you so so much! Will be booking with you again for sure!

Craig is the man!! Very professional service offered, not your average boring airport transfer seriously!! Who would take a pit stop to let you enjoy the ever so gorgeous Lennox head view!!?? Highly recommend this!

Steve picked us up directly from our hostel in Byron bay and drove us to the airport. Really friendly service, even made a pit stop at a beautiful lookout before heading to the airport. Decent price – Highly recommended

I couldn’t recommend Steve‘s airport transfers more! Craig was extremely welcoming from the start, very informative and professional. If you’re not planning to hire a car, this is the way to go! Very affordable.

My friends and I were in Byron for the weekend and Harry transported us to Nimbin and back on one of the buses. He was a great tour guide, stopping off at different locations through out the journey to show us the scenery and recommending places for us to visit on our stay. Great service, thanks again Harry!
