Great shuttle from Byron Bay to Ballina Airport!
The driver Craig is really great and he even stopped at a nice lookout on the way as we had plenty of time before our flight.
I really recommend.

Booked at 10:30pm for first thing in the morning. Craig was a breathe of fresh air and even stopped to see the whales on our way to the airport. Was a lovely touch to end my holiday

Excellent service, friendly driver and super easy transition from the airport to our Accommodation. With two little children with us it can often be a hassle but it was comfortable, quick and easy.

Our driver Craig was very friendly and efficient on our journeys to and from the airport – a wonderful welcome to Byron and seamless farewell. We were even treated to a brief whale-watching stop en route to the airport as we were running early – a great impromptu moment!!

Craig went above and beyond for us to pick up an extra passenger! Would highly recommend!!!

Great airport drop off by Craig. 😁 We went the coastal route as there weren’t many on board and we had time. We stopped at the Lennox lookout and saw whales. We saw a pod of dolphins on the drive too, a real bonus!

We used Steve’s transfers after initially being let down by Byron Easy Bus the day before our transfer. Wish we’d used them from the start. Good, honest, no fuss service with pick up / drop off directly at accommodation. Have since used them a few times. Love the Hawaiian shirts

Great experience with Craig! He is friendly, easy to chat to and was happy to share suggestions for things to do in Byron Bay. They have a booth at the Ballina Airport and Craig was easy to spot. Great driving too, highly recommend!

I had a lift from Byron to Ballina with Craig. He was really friendly and so accommodating. Easy going, gave us some great advice about where to go/what to do. And his shirt was pretty flash 🤪 10/10 would book with Craig again.

Graig made the ride so enjoyable… dropped us right in front of the hostel and I must say he’s Spanish was very good.

Had the best experience with Steve’s Shuttle Bus! We hadn’t organised transport from Ballina Airport and taxis are EXTORTIONATE, luckily the lovely Craig was there and kindly took us on board his shuttle bus into town for a very good price. Craig was extremely friendly and told us all sorts about Byron including lots of fantastic recommendations.

Craig was great! First person to speak to us in Byron and set the tone for the trip! Dropped us exactly where we needed to be. Just to give people an idea of timing, we were approx the 10th drop off and it took an hour and a half before we reached our place. Thank you so much!

Awesome transfer service. Quick and reliable – good value for money.

We used Steves Airport Transfers for our return trip to and from Byron Bay. Both trips were an absolute joy! Craig our driver not only got us to and from Byron safely but he managed to show us all the best sites along the way! We were able to see whales breaching on both the ride in and out of Byron which was incredible! Highly recommend using this shuttle transfer if you find yourself in the Byron area! Thanks Craig!

We were met at Ballina Airport by Hawaiian shirt clad Craig who greeted us warmly and guided us to the bus where he enthusiastically explained the route as well as kindly pointing out places of interest on the way to our apartment. The on time service and personal interaction was much appreciated. We’ll be booking a return journey.

We booked the transfer once we arrived in Byron- we were on our way and at our destination within about an hour. The driver Craig was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
