Steve’s transport is great. Craig was an excellent shuttle bus driver. Very friendly and knowledgeable of byron. He will let you know the best spots to go to. Excellent driver; I felt very safe and the transport is very quick and efficient. No waiting around like other shuttle buses. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! This is the second time I have used Steve’s airport transfers to and from the airport. We had Craig as our driver this time who was super friendly and gave us some tips for our stay. Would definitely recommend and book with them when I return!

Great service. We met our driver Craig at the airport, and he patiently waited for us as the luggage took ages to come out. He entertained us on the trip up to Byron, and provided heaps of information on where to eat, what to see and do. Will use them to get back to the airport. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service! Craig, the driver went above and beyond. He went out of his way to return the hats we forgot on his bus at the crack of dawn the next day before his shift. Much, much appreciated! Will definitely book with them again.

We caught Steve’s transport from Ballina and they dropped us off right outside our door. Craig the driver filled us in on things to do and good places to go and was so helpful. It was a great start to our holiday. I also managed to drop my earphones in the bus & Craig went out of his way to return them to me. Highly recommended if you need a shuttle and Craig is a gem.

Have used their service on both my trips to Byron. Very friendly and efficient door to door service. Can’t be faulted.

Perfect service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend as the only way to get to and from the airport. Craig picked me up and dropped me off and he was excellent. So happy and polite and we even stopped off at the Lennox Head look out on the way back to the airport. He really couldn’t do enough. 5 stars, thank you!!

A big, big praise to the lovely driver Craig that picked my partner and I up from our hostel yesterday!
My partner had injured his back quite badly the night before so had a lot of trouble getting into/out of the shuttle and Craig was so lovely, helpful and patient- made a bit of a stressful situation for us just that bit easier.
He helped us both in and out of the bus without a fuss, and even ran in to the airport to grab us a wheelchair, and pushed my partner in for me until airport security.
Seriously cannot thank him enough for being so kind and patient- he had lots of pick ups on the run to the airport with many other customers to look after and nothing was too much trouble.
10/10 recommend these guys!

Our host was Craig for the drive. Craig was highly entertaining upon meeting him and for the ride to Byron. He was very helpful when we had a change in drop off and more than accommodating to take us to the correct drop off. Highly recommended using these guys and also very affordable!

Craig was an amazing driver and in the way to the airport he stopped to show us a great location to see whales and dolphins. He even speaks some Spanish!
