The service was above and beyond with Steve’s airport transfers! Craig was excellent and very friendly. He shared his local knowledge with us and got us to the airport early. Definitely recommend using this service.

I have used Steve’s for years as my go to transport option for Ballina to Byron and back. Steve’s is affordable and the customer service is great with door to door service. If there are issues with your shuttle (flight reschedule/numbers issues) they proactively call you and sort out an option that works for you.

Our transfer from Ballina to Byron was excellent! From the moment we landed until we arrived at our resort Craig was a professional, warm and entertaining chaperone! Highly recommend.

Had pleasant trips using Steve’s transport. We took the shuttle from Ballina Airport to Byron Bay (we only went straight to their counter at the airport) and were very happy to book again on the way back. We booked the night before and they picked up the morning after. We went with Craig and Paul. They were very on time and polite. As our hotel did not allow the shuttle to pick up at their area, Paul walked to our place and helped with our luggages to the shuttle. Will definitely use their service again next time when we’re back to Byron Bay!

Super friendly company! Easy going and no fuss 😃 They can drop you right at your accommodation and it’s wayyyyyyy cheaper than a taxi! I rode with Easy Bus too and it was really dull and boring in comparison so if you’re tossing up between the two, definitely go for Steve’s!

Well this was probably the most entertaining shuttle experience I’ve had. Craig the driver and I had a great chat and enjoyed some banter. Would be a great bloke to catch up with for drink some time.

Craig’s an absolute hero, had an accident the night before departing byron last month and could barely walk, bloke kicked right into gear the next day when picking me and my girlfriend up from the hostel and did all he could, including getting me a wheelchair and wheeling me 200 metres to the airport from the bus. Might seem like a little thing but he was a lifesaver for us. And craig if you see this, it turned out pretty bad but I had surgery in Sydney and I’m on the mend and walking again! Couldn’t have gotten back without you

Had a great trip with Craig. He’s full of all sorts of fun information and loves a sing-along to greatest hits of the 80s. I also love the way he smells… such a fine specimen of a man.

Every trips I go, I always use shuttle bus service from the airport to my accommodation because I can see different parts of that city. However, riding with Steves’ shuttle bus is one of the most memorable experiences because of CRAIG ! Is our driver on that day. I can tell that this guy works from his heart! He is super friendly, cheer up, encouraging and good at sharing things. He made 30 mins on the bus interesting and too short. We can talk and ride with him all day. On the way back, our driver named Graham (if not wrong spelling), he is polite, he is a good driver and he is super on time , even better is he is early. Of course, he is really good too.

I couldn’t have asked for a better trip back to the airport from my accommodation in Byron. Craig was a great person to chat with along my commute. He was punctual, funny and an overall awesome chap. 5/5 would recommend to use Craig’s services next time you travel on the north-east coast of NSW.
