Friendly service and on-time

Great service! Used their shuttle to come to Byron Bay from the Ballina airport. The driver was very friendly, helped with our bags and dropped off right in front of my accommodation. The shuttle buses have air conditioning and are very comfortable and clean. I will book them back to get back to the airport as well.

Reliable and efficient. Even bumped us to the earlier service as our plane arrived early and there were seats available : )

Booked through Steve’s Transport to and from Airport (Byron Bay). On time, nice service and one of the cheapest options. They pick you up from your accommodation and send you an email the day prior to confirm pick up time. They gave me a call to let me know they’d be 5 min late. Will use again 🙂

I have used Steve’s transport a number of times going between Ballina airport and Byron Bay. The booking and pickup process is seamless, and the drivers are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting the region!

Quick and easy to find at the airport and no issues getting onto the shuttle. Got to see a bit of the town with others being dropped off in different areas. Also had a good soundtrack playing, very friendly and helpful

Our driver Craig was incredibly warm, friendly and hilarious! You’ve gotta love when someone puts their whole heart and energy into their job. He also helped by listing all the best places for my partner and I to visit during our stay, and pointed out the easy shortcuts into town. Overall, an absolutely wonderful start to our first time in Byron Bay!

Had Craig for a transport lift from Ballina airport to Byron bay for a group of 6 girls. The transport was excellent as well as the service provided throughout the trip such as help with luggage and tourist advice. Would definitely recommended Craig to anyone else who is looking for a really handy shuttle bus that drops you right to your doorstep!

Craig drove us from Ballina airport to our accommodation in Byron. His service was prompt and super friendly. Also used them to go back to the airport and we were picked up from out accommodation right on time and we even took a more scenic route to the airport which was lovely. This is my second time using this company and I will definitely use it again. Would highly recommend!

Great services provided by Steve’s Airport Transfers. I used them to go from Ballina airport to Byron and back. I was dropped off at my accommodation and picked up from there. The drivers were really friendly and helped with loading and unloading baggage (sounds silly but I’ve had Uber or taxi drivers that don’t help). Price wise I think pretty affordable for Aussie prices. I also left my sunglasses behind and I emailed to see if I could pick them off from their office and they dropped them off at my accommodation!!! Very happy with the services.

Engaging, helpful and a great trip with ease from Ballina to Byron

Our driver, Craig was so lovely. He arrived early and then apologised for being ten mins early. Even though our pick up was at 7am, he had really great energy, asked lots of questions and had a genuine interest in the people on the shuttle!!
