Steve’s Transfers helped us out last minute when we realised that we had made a booking with another transfer company who no longer existed! They were super kind and helpful, and very efficient! Transfers from the airport and back were right on time. Thank you so much!

Booked a transfer the day before my trip and who helped me out made booking very easy. Picked up the next day by the very friendly Craig who was a delight to chat to on the way, he is the best! I will definitely use Steve’s Airport Transfers again, they have great prices and company. Always love to support reliable, local businesses!

The bus was on time even with Byron Bay traffic. Craig the bus driver was lovely and even stopped to show us an amazing lookout near Lennox Heads on the way. Would highly recommend. Only downside was they don’t match pelican flights which I was flying on but managed to line up with a jetstar flight.

Despite a very challenging time during COVID Steve’s could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately my trip was eventually cancelled but I will look forward to booking with Steve’s again as they were so patient and understanding, and refunded me fully without hesitation. Craig aka. The DIAMOND. This is the second time I’ve been driven by this rock star and I can tell you he’s a real GEM. He even took us on a lovely detour to end our trip on a happy ending. No need to recharge when you have the best driver in town.

Steven’s transport was a great, cost efficient way to go from Ballina airport to my location. Driver was very friendly and overall experience really good, I highly recommend it.

friendly staff, good service. I used them from Ballina Airport to Byron, then return. I had to change my pick up location in Byron, and staff were helpful and could accomodate – I don’t know Byron Bay well – so the they suggested a convenient location.

I booked a last minute transfer for my 16 year old who was travelling on her own. Craig the driver was AWESOME!! He knew she wasn’t sure of her destination so made sure she didn’t miss het stop even carried her bag for her. Would highly recommend!!

We booked one way from Byron to the airport. Steve transport was great! Reliable, bang on time, plenty of room. Easy to book and prepay online too. I would choose Steve’s everytime. Slighter cheaper than an Uber and definitely more reliable.

I have booked buses with Courtney and her team a few times here in Byron Bay. Their service is always spot on, buses are clean and drivers are professional and friendly.

Loved our airport transfers with Craig!

Whenever I fly to Byron I always use Steve’s Shuttle as it’s just so easy and reliable and takes that one little bit of stress out of travelling.

Would highly recommend this service and a particular shout out to Craig who went above and beyond! Very nice of him to stop by a stunning viewpoint to see if we can spot some whales as there was plenty of time till I needed to be back at the airport 😊

I booked airport transfers to and from Byron Bay for my son and his mates during Schoolies week. It was easy to book online and communication was excellent. We received messages the day before the flights confirming pick up, with the drivers name and contact number. Everything was seamless and the price was very competitive for private transfers. Would definitely use Steves Transport again and would recommend to others.

Five stars. Steve and his service is great. When you get a ride from the excellent Craig, even better! Highly recommended, would use ahead of a taxi or Uber any day of the week. Can’t wait to get back. A+++

Its a very affordable friendly way to get to Byron, or in our case Belongil Beach. Craig had lots of tips on places to eat and things to do and the drive is really pleasant with a glimpse of back roads as locals use the service also. Will always use Steve’s transport when we get to the airport.

We had an awesome experience with Craig! He kept us entertained the all trip and even gave us a little scenic ride to Check out the lookout at Lennox head! You’d never expect this just going to the airport! Check it out!!
