Yes. Private transfers can be booked from Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport. We can transport groups of any size, couples and individuals. Book online here.

Booking a private airport transfer is as simple as following the steps below:

1. Book your transfer online here. You will be able to select your times, dates, destination and pickup locations, your preferred vehicle and any extras like child seats or bulky items such as surfboards or musical instruments.
2. Proceed to the checkout and make payment via our secure payment gateway. You will immediately receive a tax invoice and booking confirmation via email. Please check your junk if you can't find it in your inbox.
3. On the day before your booking, we will get in touch to provide you with the contact details of your driver.
4. Our driver will also make contact to let you know where the meeting point is.
5. When you step off the plane your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point, ready to deliver you to your destination in relaxation and comfort.

Yes. We can transport bulky items such as surfboards, prams, baby car seats, golf clubs, bicycles and musical instruments. Our fee for each bulky item is an additional $10 per trip.

You will have the option to nominate bulky items during the online booking process.

Mini Van Bookings

We offer baby seats and booster seats as optional extras to your mini van charter booking. Customers are required to check the installation of the car seats to ensure they are correctly fitted and adjusted for their child.

Mini Bus and Coach Bookings

All our buses and coaches are fitted with seat belts, but child seats and booster seats are not able to be fitted in buses of this size (and are not legally required). Parents with babies or young children can hold them in their arms or on their laps, while older children may sit in their own seat.

Charter Bus Hire

Our diverse fleet of modern charter buses and mini-vans can transport groups of any size, for any occasion, including corporate events, music festivals, school camps, schoolies celebrations and more.

Wedding Transport

No request is too big or too small and we welcome working with other local businesses to ensure your event flows to perfection.

Our experienced and professional team offer their extensive and intimate knowledge of the Northern Rivers and surrounding areas to ensure arranging transport for your wedding is a breeze and reflects the care and attention to detail that you deserve.

Wedding bookings are required to nominate a Bus Captain who will be in charge of passenger behaviour and safety while travelling on our buses. This is to ensure that our drivers can bring their full focus to the road and getting your guests to and from the wedding venue safely and on time.

Private Airport Transfers

If you have booked a Private Airport Transfer, your cancellation may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the amount of notice provided:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more from the booking date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $30 admin fee and merchant card fees).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of booking are eligible for a credit.
• Same day cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Charter Bus Hire

For charter bookings, a $200 non-refundable deposit per vehicle is required to secure your booking. All cancellations must be notified in writing and will forfeit the non-refundable deposit payment.

If your balance payment has been received and you choose to cancel more than 60 days before your original event date, a 50% refund will be made for your balance payment only. If your balance payment has been made and the cancellation is within 60 days of your original event date no refund will be made. Bookings and payments are non-transferable to another person.

If you cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited and cannot be allocated to a new booking.

Private Airport Transfers

Yes. We are able to postpone or transfer your private airport transfer booking to another date so long as you give us more than 24 hours notice.

Charter Bus Hire

For weddings and charter bus hire, a $200 non-refundable deposit per vehicle is required to secure your booking.

In the case where you need to postpone your booking, please make contact at your earliest opportunity with your new chosen date. We will advise our availability.

Should you decide to postpone your event to a date we are unavailable, your deposit will not be refunded.

We are happy to offer an open date postponement for 6 months.

In response to changing travel preferences amongst our customers, in 2021 we discontinued our shuttle bus service from Byron Bay to Ballina Airport to focus on our private airport transfer service.
